ROBOTIK UND PRODUKTION | June 2025

Tailored Robotic Mechanics for Every Industry

From June 24 to 27, the automatica will take place in Munich – the leading trade fair for intelligent automation and robotics. Under the motto "Better Robotics," autonox will showcase in Hall A4 at Stand 329 how individual, flexible, and powerful solutions open up completely new possibilities for machine builders – across all industries. With control-independent robotic mechanics, they can customize systems for their specific applications.

Integrating robots into existing production lines is often complex, costly, and full of technical hurdles. The mechanical helpers not only need sufficient space in the hall but must also seamlessly integrate into the existing production environment. However, manufacturer-specific robot control often cannot be easily connected to the machine controls. Although there are now interfaces that can program the robot's movements and processes using higher-level controls, the robot's movement logic often shows inconsistencies that are difficult to optimize externally. The way the robot moves is often not consistent. External interventions to improve movement and process flows are only possible to a limited extent.

This is where autonox Robotics GmbH comes in: Under the motto "Better Robotics in Components," the company presents a solution with its robotic mechanics that adapts to the production environment – not the other way around. Thanks to these control-independent mechanics, robots and machines merge into one unit. Because control interfaces are eliminated, the user receives a highly integrated and autonomous system with unified control that can perform complex tasks.

On its booth inspired by its homeland, the manufacturer from the Black Forest demonstrates the variety of possibilities. The first area shows the selection of available robotic mechanics: From heavy articulated robots to ultra-fast delta kinematics – each with different payloads, degrees of freedom, and designs, such as for palletizing, steel milling, or hygienic food processing. This range is also made possible by the close partnership of autonox with leading control and drive technology providers.

The autonoxSimulator also celebrates its premiere. This generic simulation tool provides users with initial statements about the behavior of the robotic mechanics, for example, in pick-and-place processes. They do not need to enter motor data. Among other things, users can load and calculate their own path planning into the system. Another novelty is the autonox Machine Book, which contains all relevant information about the respective robotic mechanics, such as serial number, year of manufacture, and information about gears and motors. This gives customers a comprehensive overview of their entire inventory of robotic mechanics.

The third area is entirely under the motto "Better Robotics in Components." Three live demonstrations impressively illustrate how control-independent robotic mechanics can be successfully integrated into machines. In collaboration with partners from control technology, gripper and vision technology, and process technology, autonox presents pick-and-place, measurement, and process applications. In a virtual application, trade fair visitors experience what it means to intervene in robotics down to the control level.

Visit automatica and experience how tailored robotic mechanics can revolutionize production processes. Look forward to discovering innovative solutions and shaping the future of robotics together.
